The House

Casa de Cacela is a rural tourism property set in “A Fazenda”, a six-hectare farm of orchards and vegetable gardens, which affords guests a relaxing country atmosphere just 5 minutes away from the magnificent beaches of the eastern Algarve.

Recuperated from the property’s former farm buildings and dwellings, the original nucleus dates back to the first half of the 19th century. The renovation was carefully thought out with a view to ensuring that future guests could enjoy relaxation and leisure time in contact with Nature.

Whether you choose to relax in one of the lounges or on one of the terraces, intermittently taking a dip in the pool and sunbathing, or even if you prefer to stroll around the farm and take a look at the exhibition room, Casa de Cacela is the perfect holiday spot all year round.

…and no-one could ever forget the breakfasts…

The Farm

You’ll feel the influence of “A Fazenda” as soon as you start your day; the breakfast table is laden with freshly-picked fruit and the juices awaken your thirst for Nature.

The farm’s fruit trees and vegetable gardens occupy 6 hectares of land, sparking your curiosity for a morning or evening stroll amid shadows and aromas.

Here farm work is part of daily life, and every season dictate its rhythm; oranges, almonds, plums, loquats and many more, in an unhurried toing and froing that house guests always find fascinating.

Bedrooms

Each of Casa de Cacela’s ten bedrooms is named after a fruit grown on the farm. Peach, tangerine, fig… and every bedroom is a miscellany of colours, traditional architectural features and comfort, bathed in natural light and basking in the tranquillity of Nature.

Every bedroom has a full en-suite bathroom, TV, air conditioning and sound system.
